Thank Buddha, It’s Spring: Haven and Home

People, it is FULL ON Spring here in Chicago, and I am particularly cheerful today because I get to bring your a guest post from Marianne of Haven and Home. I know all the bloggerladies talk about how sweet each other is, but seriously, Marianne is a dollbaby. Sweet genuine energy radiates off of her page, and she posts beautiful inspirational design loveliness to boot. So sit back, relax, and enjoy her post!

1. I know Spring has sprung in my neck of the woods when…

All I can think is going outside and bringing home fresh flowers and opening all the windows

2. If I could go anywhere for Spring Break this year it would be…

Anywhere that looked like this, dying for a tropical vacation.

3. My favorite way to celebrate the season is…

Spring Cleaning!  What if my drawers looked like this when I opened them?

4. My Spring Cleaning projects/resolutions are…

Ugh, the Attic.  It needs some serious work.  One day I dream of having one that looks like everyone’s favorite attic- Martha’s of course.

5. The must have for my Spring Wardrobe is…

Wedges and Sandals, I can’t get enough.

6. My favorite way to bring the season into my home is…

Changing out heavy curtains with sheers or lighter fabrics.

Thank you so much Marianne for participating! Everyone go visit her at Haven and Home!

I would love to hear from you! Please leave a comment below!

Love, love, love that teacup idea for storing jewelry!! I have a small collection of antique teacups and this would be a great way to actually DO something with them!
