Wedding Wednesday: This and That

First of all, I toyed with the idea of writing a post full of ranting and raving LUNACY about Monday nights Gossip Girl finale, but as it stands now, I am still too heartbroken. I literally don’t know what to do with myself I feel so let down. By the writers, by myself for loving this dumb show so much, and most of all- by Chuck. How? Just how. How. Could. You. Daily Intel did a pretty good job of summing up my initial indignation, but as the stages of grief go, I have moved on from their summation of anger and denial to pure, deep, dark depression. Who knows if I will even have the strength to see how this steamy hot mess continues next season. One final thought…I would bet Dollars to Doughnuts that this song was what inspired whichever spawn of Satan dreamed up the Jenny/Chuck collision.

FOR SHAME, to everyone involved.

ANYWAY!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a new stationary obsession.

Gorgeous invites – beautiful and different, they have a very cool feel. Just think, if it wasn’t for Little J (gag me!), Chuck and Blair would be picking out invites RIGHT NOW. Grrr.

Ah, well, I guess I will have to console myself with Paris.

Love that stationary!! Very inspiring to us graphic designers.

Also, I don’t watch GG anymore – it was too awful in the first couple episodes this season – but aren’t Chuck and Blair like 19??? Just finished year one of college?? Isn’t that a teensy young to bring an engagement ring into the picture? The whole show has just gotten so ridic. Completely unrealistic. Unlike MY favorite show, Vampire Diaries. Much more realistic. :)

I am glad someone else gets as upset with G.G. as I do. I blame it all on Josh Schwartz he did this exact same thing to me with The O.C. suck me into so well and season 3 and 4 made me insane. Anyways the stationary is ADORABLE and I love it all!

I don’t watch GG, so I can’t contribute there, but I am loving the invitation suites–so cool! I haven’t thought about those since I got married, but these were unique enough to catch my attention. Also, even though I’m definitely not pregnant right now (nor do I expect to become pregnant in the near future), I’ve been thinking a lot about baby names lately, and these invites gave me some new ones to obsess over: Jasper and Cian. Eric’s sure to shut them down as soon as I mention them, though… That’s generally how it goes down. C’est la vie.
