I’ve never heard of this icing, but that is funny. We didn’t do the garter…I couldn’t stomach the thought of him up my dress while our families looked on. lol

Helena- It is this new ridiculous thing amongst…well…certain crowds in the states where if someone sneaks up on you and presents you with a Smirnoff Ice (a generally spurned cocktail that will probably give ingesters stomach cancer…) you have to drop to one knee and chug it…v. silly
