Also. In college freshman year, I signed up for “Astronomy” thinking that was probably basically the same thing as “Astrology”. I got a 47% on our first exam. Turns out it was a lot less “the dawning of the age of Aquarius” and much more astrophysics.

I did the same thing in college with Oceanography – a lot less “this fish is pretty and lives in this body of water” and more “how the salinity of the ocean affects algae.”
