I am currently trying to savor that time when you are completely obsessed with a song and play it over and over, and the sonic pleasure only increases with each play- before you overdo it and kill the song.
Earlier this week one of my friends from highschool texted me saying, “Did you see that Lizzy Grant is the musical guest on SNL this week”?
Lizzy Grant being a girl I went to boarding school with. Umm no, I did not see that. Well apparently she goes by Lana Del Rey now, and is going to be the musical guest on SNL, and…she rules.

I had dinner with Heather Fleming a couple of weeks ago and we were marveling over Lizzy’s success. I was reading in Rolling Stone that she just signed a modeling contract as well. Who would have thought the girl who used to sign around DH dorm would one day be on SNL. ps- she’s the free single of the week on Itunes.

Bailey, I jumped on your twitter page for the 1st time, and thought I’d give you my 2 cents on diets. I went on the HCG* diet and it works! FAST! It is also surprisingly only mildly miserable. I am tiny… barely 5′ tall and weighed 115 lbs when I started this diet, and I lost 16 lbs. I have kept (most) of it off for 1 year. If you want to lose real weight fast, look into this. I don’t have the patience for losing 1.5 lbs per week and I only run if there is a fire… so this worked great for my ADHD self! Yes, you can breastfeed (if you still are) on this diet. Just needs to be modified.
